Works within a world class Development Team selected for particular expertise from around the world. The team is implementing a leading edge, semantically robust, computable inter-operability backbone and development framework for the healthcare industry. The first vertical application is built upon a set of industrial strength SOA services and application tier/skins initially targeting Drug Safety solutions for the Pharma industry.
Analysts, working under the direction of the Lead Business Analyst, with input from Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), will process Business level scoping requirements into Use Case Specifications that include user process flows, business rules, data validation rules, exception handling, and requirements traceability. In addition, the Analyst will support the overall product quality by functioning as a member of the Product User Acceptance team. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a passion, enthusiasm, expertise, and a desire to make a significant contribution in creating a truly world class solution.
Required Skills and Expertise:
• 2+ Years Experience Developing Use Case Specifications
• Understanding of Unified Process and Agile Methodologies
• Experience developing UML Activity Diagrams
• Experience working with SMEs to define Functional Requirements
• Ability to ask questions and elicit essential information
• Understanding of Development process and Developer needs for Use Case Specifications
• +1 years Prior experience with Requirements Traceability
• Prior experience performing User Acceptance testing
• Excellent English skills - reading, writing and spoken
Desired Skills and Expertise:
• Experience with Conceptual Data Modeling
• Understanding of Business Rules
• Understanding of Workflow and Business Process Management
• Experience in Pharma domain - Drug Safety preferred
• Experience with HL7 v3 standards
