Drupal Developer for Social Media Company - Berlin – Visasponsorship

Our Client is looking for a talented Drupal Developer with 4+ years of direct Drupal development experience. The developer should bring the right mix of development and integration capabilities while being passionate about developing innovative applications/website solutions. This position will have an emphasis on back end development of new features into the premier video aspect of their website.

Ideal candidate is someone who wants to continue to learn while working with an amazing group of developers in a great environment

Skills required for Drupal Developer:

* 4+ years of PHP/Drupal development; ability to develop and integrate customized modules into Drupal applications
* Experience developing websites in a content management system, including custom templates and module development (e.g. Drupal, WordPress, etc.)
* Strong knowledge of SQL and specifically MySQL database
* Strong working knowledge of jQuery and/or JavaScript
* Solid working experience with markup and scripting languages such as: CSS, RSS, JavaScript, AJAX, jQuery, XML
* Understanding and preferable working background with REST/SOAP/JSON
* Self-supportive debugging and problem-solving skills including cross-browser and OS compatibility
* Strong knowledge of code optimization and Agile design principles

Additional Experience for Drupal Developer:
* Experience developing custom commerce solutions in PHP
* Proficiency working within Subversion (SVN), Git, or similar source control system
