Program Manager /Moscow/ Komsomolskay
This role should be the primary responsible person for the GEMINI Program management on the Company side. The role should coordinate all individual projects being executed within the Program and also it will manage whole Local Team (5-7 people). This role is superior to individual projects managers on the Company side and the Program Manager is also member of the Program Steering Commitee. Program manager must be aware of software development methodology RUP and also of the IT lifecycle process management methodology EUP. He should be preffesional in the project management area with at least 2 year previous work experience in this area. He must be communicative and able to coordinate multinational teams. He must be highly result oriented person.
