2)Advanced Resolution Team Specialist
Key job responsibilities:
- Resolve and manage infrastructure related support issues
- Engage the appropriate Expert Centre (EC), associates, vendors and
follow up to
ensure problem resolution
- Partner with Expert Centres (EC), where necessary, to ensure
knowledge transfer from
the EC to the team
- Assist in problem trend observation and documentation

The job's key responsibilities: - implementation and support of all
SAP modules
- provide functional support within the region and other regions when
needed

application

SAP Basis Support Analyst
The purpose of the position is to provide SAP Basis Support for a
number of global SAP installations. This is including support of
ongoing rollout projects and support of existing working SAP
environments,
in particular:
- the current environments in terms of outage, capacity planning,
SAP/Oracle technical preventive maintenance planning and execution
- review the infrastructure service with the application support team
and infrastructure team.
- support the growing SAP environment
Key Deliverable
- Provide SAP Basis technical support to European environments
including current implementations and development projects. This will
include a deep understanding of all the SAP technologies involved such
as operating systems (HP-UX, Linux and Windows 2000), database
(Oracle) and SAP R/3
Required Qualifications
- University degree, preferrably in computer
science/mathematics/physics
- A passion for complex and diverse technology - Willing to learn new
technologies - Sense of customer service
- Client/server applications understanding & working experience -
Understanding of security and system administration principles
- Strong analytical skills - Good interpersonnal and communication
skills - Sharing and working in a global environment with diverse
multicultural aspects
- Knowledge of or experience in the following key technologies will be
considered: SAP R/3, Operating systems (HPUX, Linux and Windows) and
Oracle
- Good command in English is required.
- Some international travels in Western Europe may be required during
the first 6 months
- Relocation to Moscow region
