International software development company, is looking to fill Support Engineer position to supplement its existing operations in software development, distribution and technical support.
1. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
a. OS Environment: FreeBSD (administrator level)
b. Application Environment: administrator level for Apache, Sendmail, MySQL and user level for CVS
c. Languages: Perl (beginner level), SQL/MySQL (simple queries)
2. DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE:
a. Scope: IP Telephony Billing, Online Payment Processors, SIP Softswitch/PBX.
b. Technologies/Products: Mason, PHP, Cisco, Quintum
3. KEY OBJECTIVES
a. Ensure proper operations of the customers’ installations.
b. Provide high quality technical support.
c. Use initiative and vision to propose new areas of product and support improvement.
d. Follow a defined schedule and prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
e. Work both in a team environment and individually.
f. Acquire new knowledge; demonstrate proactive learning and continuous development of the skill set.
You may work either by shifts, with the working hours 08:00 - 20:00 and 20:00 – 08:00 (12-hour shifts once every 3 days), or from Monday to Friday 11:00 – 19:00. Occasional work out of regular hours may be required.
Company will provide: lunch, English lessons, health insurance.
Salary: 600-900
