To develop Java/Web based application using portal technologies. The position requires solid understanding of Java/Web, database design and development. Java developer must be qualified to work as in team as standalone, quickly understand and modify older application code, unit testing, code design changes, and refactoring.
Requirements:
J2EE Web Tier experience.
Good knowledge of core Java 1.5
Good knowledge of Servlets 2.3, JSP 1.1.
Good knowledge of standard web technologies such as XML, XSD, HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
Good knowledge of J2EE Design Patterns
Hard experience of MVC frameworks, preferably JSF
Experience with BEA WebLogic Application Server, preferably version 9
Good knowledge SOAP and Web Services
SQL – ability to write Oracle sql queries
JDBC, Hibernate
Good knowledge of Ant
Experience with Unix based OS
