Excellent OOP/Design skills
Experience in developing UI using SWT/JFace

Eclipse, Ant, Maven, BitKeeper
OS:
Windows xp/vista, Linux or Apple MacOS X

Nice to have:
Eclipse RCP/Plugins
OSGI framework
Experience with c/c++
Experience in accessing Web Services from Java
