C++ Software Engineer / Developer (C / C++ Cloud Computing Python). Market leading Visual Effects (VFX) software house that provide solutions to major film studios in post production is seeking a highly technical C++ Software Engineer. Responsibilities will include writing code in C++ and Python, often at a low level on infrastructure to ensure scalability and performance enabling the launch and monitoring of applications on cloud assisted machines as well as load balancing processing over multiple application instances and nodes.

As a C++ Developer you will be working in a vibrant area in the heart of Frankfurt am Main - Germany within an informal software house environment (casual dress etc.). This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic firm and see the results of your work on the big screen!

Requirements:

- Strong C / C++ development skills
- Experience of commercial software development to deadlines
- Good knowledge of development tools and processes
- Excellent written and verbal English language skills
- Desirable: Python, experience of asset management or database systems
