Buero Lersch is currently seeking a highly talented Sr. UX/UI Designer for our client based in Berlin. You will be responsible for ensuring our client’s mobile and web-based applications have an outstanding user interface and user interaction paradigm. You will also deliver a seamless experience across multiple platforms such as: phones, tablets and web-based applications. This is a full-time, direct placement role. Responsibilities:
• Manage multiple design projects from strategic product definition to launch
• Create design deliverables such as information architecture, schematics, user personas, wire-frames, high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and design specifications
• Conduct user research with both formal and informal methodologies
• Develop product concepts and suggest product direction based on design research and functional requirements
• Document design standards in a design pattern library

Experience and Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in user interface design of web-based applications and/or software applications
• Strong UX background with information architecture
• Bachelor degree in UI design, HCI, interactive multimedia, human factors, cognitive psychology or other related field required
• 5+ years of experience in user interface design of web-based applications and/or software applications
• Strong UX background with information architecture
• Experience with design thinking, such as design concepts as used at Stanford's HPI for Design
• Strong visual design skills including layout, information design, typography, and color usage
• Experience designing for Rich Internet Applications
