- BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Experience with implementation and customization of MS CRM Dynamics 2013/2015 versions.
- 4+ years of experience with .NET (C# or any other object-oriented discipline) development (Visual Studio 2008/2012, TFS, ASP.NET, ASMX and WCF Web Services, and ADO.NET) with solid understanding of object-oriented programming and computer science foundations
- 4+ years of experience designing and working with scalable n-tier web-based applications(UI, Business Logic Layer, Data Access Layer) along with some experience with service-oriented architectures (SOA).
- 4+ years of experience with SQL Server 2005/2008/2012
- Familiarity with Agile/SCRUM methodology.
- Basic understanding of networking skills and concepts
- 3+ years of proven systems architectural experience is a plus
- Experience with customizing vendor products, and ability to learn new concepts and software is necessary.
- Must demonstrate a high level of responsiveness in communicating with people, both within the organization (from developers to senior management) and with customers/partners using all forms of communication (e.g. phone, in-person and email)
- Must have an eye for design and be detail-oriented
- Must possess a high energy and a sense of urgency
- Experience excelling within fast paced, high-energy environments.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask required
- Create innovative solutions for new Digitalization era of automotive industry.
- Perform MS CRM Dynamics customisations, new functionalities, integration with other systems.
- Develop all layers of an application front-end (UI), middle tier, and backend (T-SQL/SQL Server)
- Assist in problem resolution and support the project/application teams in their endeavors
- Work with, and at the direction of the Application Architect and IT Management.
- Evaluate and communicate with management that solution designs meet the business needs of all stakeholders.
- Demonstrate the ability to learn new skills, adapt quickly and work independently, with minimal supervision.
- Perform additional technical and project management tasks, as needed.
- Communication language is English or Czech..
- Working in Prague.
