Mars Inc, is developing a new Information Technology Center in Stupino, Russia and as part of this exciting opportunity we are looking for support specialist to join our Global system Management team
Global System Management team (GSM) is the organisation that functionaly supports global applications of Mars Inc. The GSM team is made out of associates based in UK, France, USA, Brazil, Australia, China and now Russia. These teams are truly multicultural and a strong team spirit is driving them. We run global applications that enable our business to run their operations efficiently. We are supporting all sites that have implemented one or several of the following SAP modules such as Material Management,Plant Maintenance,Production Planning, Advanced Production Optimiser,Supplier Relationship Management,Finance, controlling,Business Information Warehouse, SAP Strategic Enterprise Management.

We are recruiting several specialist for our SAP support centre in stupino Russia. The position open are providing functional support to our Purchasing , Logistic and financial department.

The main responsibilities will be:
° Deliver high quality functional support on SAP R/3 to the Masterfoods European market through active participation to the team's core support activities
° Have ownership of incidents / problems, i.e. be responsible for coordinating functional and technical resolutions with the relevant teams and expert center, report on progress to the Business and to the management.
° Progress issue resolution within the support processes (incident & problem management), in active coordination with his team and with other regions and other functional areas when required.
° Ensure application's optimal usage, reliability and availability.
° Be involved in project activity, including continuous improvement for Live Sites and supportability advice to Rollout Teams.
° Provide training for new team members and ongoing training in areas of expertise.
° Travel occasionally within Europe to visit business units

We are looking for a person :
° having a university degree
° who can bridge the business world and the IT expert
° having experience in SAP R/3, the one or more business area or in IT development or Functional Support (however, we are still open to beginners with a strong ability to learn)
° having strong customer focus, having structured analysis and solving skills, and a strong drive for results
° with motivation for developing and growing, by gaining deeper and broader knowelgde from functional, technical, interpersonal and organisational point of views.
° who is able to work in a multicultural environment
° who is fluent in English
