To manage and develop the INFORMER team of consultants To maintain and develop INFORMER capacity to implement banking solutions in line with sales demand. Ensure the application of standards for all service activities within the client, including project management, business consultancy, implementation consultancy, technical consultancy, and customisation. Resource planning on a monthly basis, ensuring optimum resource utilisation. Where required, to act as Project Director for project escalation issues and/or for project management guidelines. To ensure a high staff motivation and commitment through the implementation of the company standard policies To help ensure a high level of client satisfaction is maintained by managing the delivery of professional services
