As Web Developer your main responsibilities will involve:
• Developing the front-end code
• Flash / ActionScript Development for HotBabes products
• Development of the presentation layer on the server
Your skills and qualifications will ideally include:
• Expert in the use of Flash, including Object Oriented ActionScript 2.0, ActionScript-JavaScript communication, Flash Video ( integration with Flash Media Server ) and integration with data sources
• Strong skills in the core client side technologies used at - HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Demonstrated experience in the use of modern web standards techniques, cross-browser development, client and server side performance optimization techniques, Accessibility and search engine optimization
• Strong PHP for server side scripting
• Familiarity with Web Services Apache

- Web site design, production and updating
- Development of interactive advertising campaigns and assets using Flash
- Development of interactive music promotion campaigns and assets
- Video encoding and editing
WE NEED THIS FROM YOU...
-Advanced level skills in website design, HTML, DHTML, JavaScript, JSP, PHP, and database integration
-Knowledge of testing on major browsers and exposure to cross-browser/platform compatibility issues
-Moderate to advanced Flash and ActionScript skills (experience interfacing Flash with external API's is a plus)
-Advanced level DreamWeaver, Photoshop, and Illustrator skills
-Advanced graphic design skills and written/verbal communication skills
-Advanced knowledge of video encoding tools, After Effects, Premiere
-Facility with Microsoft Office Suite
-Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple simultaneous work streams
-Demonstrated ability to identify project objectives and develop creative concepts to support them
-Ability to work in a fast paced environment and remain open and positive

We are looking for a team to develop a flash based video sharing service similar to the most popular video sharing service now on the internet (You should already know what this is: http://www.youtube.com , http://www.stickam.com. etc).
This is a remote job, pay per hour.

User will upload videos in any popular formats (avi, mpg, mpeg, mp4, mod, ra, ram, mov, wmv or asf) and including cellular phone based format (lie 3gp and so forth)
On upload videos will be converted to flash. We will provide (if necessary) server based SDK turbine engine that already converts from Windows Media (AVI, WMV, ASF, WMA, WAV, using any AVI/WM codecs like DIVX, XDIV, etc.) QuickTime (MOV, QT, DV, AAC, AIF/AIFF, using any QuickTime codecs) and MPEG (MPEG-1, MPEG-2, MPEG-4, MP3). Mobile phone formats (like 3GP, 3G2) will have to be added by developer.
User will be able to tag videos, and videos will be searchable, and playable by any user on website, and will be embedable in web pages, blogs, and so forth.
We will also need Member/user signups and management system with complete user profile including user/personal information, account inrformation, Pesonal Tags, Profile Icon, profile comments, profile bulletins, loadal information, and other random info. AJAX could be used here, but other suggestions are welcome.
The features are too many to describe here, but, please know that the site we wish to build should contain all the features of that popular video-sharing site that you all know.
We also need complete web design and graphic design for this project, and several other features we would be glad to disclose in a PMB.
The site will reside on three different servers, each performing its own function:
1) Http
2) Encoding
3) Storage
Only serious developers need apply.
We are looking for completion within 4 to 10 weeks.
