В крупный западный банк, известный своими масштабными разработками, требуется Senior QA specialist.
The candidate will be working as part of the team acting as the senior QA specialist. As a member of the team, the candidate is expected to establish and maintain close relationships with the business groups in the front office in London, as well as with the development team in Sydney. The candidate will be responsible for testing functional application enhancements managed out of London.
The successful candidate will be responsible for development of testing procedures and requirements including development of automated regression testing, automated GUI testing, UNIT testing etc. The person will have both testing and managerial duties.
Job requirements are:
Experience/Background:
At least 2 years of practical experience in QA area
Experience in manual functional testing and test automation (such as Rational Robot, Borland SilkTest, HP Quick Test Pro, JUnit/JFC, or alike)
Experience in using bug tracking systems and understanding of bug lifecycle
Exposure to Unix and/or Linux
Technical academic background
Personal characteristics:

Good time management skills
Motivated by delivery
Skills Required:
Good understanding of software development process
Ability to work in team
Analytical skills
Good spoken and excellent written English
Basic knowledge of Java & SQL
Version control systems
Unix shell knowledge
