Short project description:
JIRA Support Project provides support and enhancement of JIRA software.
This person will be responsible for support Jira application including requirements gathering, adding new users, projects, workflows, screens, issue types etc
Skills / Knowledge Required:
- Good communication skills (especially in written English)
- Analytic skills
- Possession of system approach
- Overall experience of 1 year in IT industry
- Knowledge of Bug/Issue tracking systems is a plus
- Knowledge at least one enterprise application server.
Last-year students to work 3-4 days a week are also welcome!
