В известный иностранный банк требуется Руководитель команды из 5 специалистов по поддержке сети самоослуживания клиентов (300 банкоматов).
Manage team of ATM engineers, organization of effective ATM’s support in Moscow and other regions. Manage projects related to the ATM network. Manage ATM’s support outsourcing and other vendors (like NCR, ATM Service etc.), who provide ATM’s services. Manage coordination of new installations, maintenance and issues resolutions.
Qualifications:
Higher technical education.
Official ATM support/maintenance training certificate is a plus.
Knowledge/Experience:
Experience in field of support and/or repair of ATM machines.
Knowledge of ATM network.
Knowledge of Project Management techniques and practices.
Experience in team work with multiple parties throughout a project/ business initiative including international partners.
Experience in vendor management.
Experience in leading the team.
Skills:
Good understanding of ATM hardware/software.
Good understanding of modern telecommunication equipment and networking.
Good team and vendor management skills.
Experienced PC user.
Good English.
Time management and planning skills, ability to prioritize and manage workload efficiently, ability to cope with conflicting priorities in order to meet project timelines.
Project management skills.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage appropriate support of ATM network owned by the bank and monitor it from IT point of view.
Manage relationships with vendors and third parties, who provide ATM’s services for in time and proper resolution of different problems according with terms and conditions from SLA’s.
Support COB.
Manage outsourced support of ATM’s in regions.
Lead projects related to ATM’s network. Communicate with different parties through out the project including international partners.
Coordinate testing and installations of new software.
Proper organization of new installations, ATM’s maintenance and problems resolutions.
Lead investigations of the root cause of problems and work towards elimination of such problems in the future.
Manage team of ATM’s engineers.
Support E-Consumer Channels and Front-ends manager with different initiatives.
Participate in all department activities.
