Software development company has an open position for an onsite lead developer.

We are looking for a bi-lingual (Russian/English) lead developer to work at our client’s in USA permanently or periodically for 2-3 months. Qualified person will closely work with the client’s IT to outline and specify projects to be done in our Moscow development center.

Responsibilities:
-Interface with customers to manage projects implementation and deployment engagements.
-Be responsible for project scoping, business analysis, assessing product customization and adaptation needs.
-Direct and supervise development team in order to have them able to understand the business purpose of each project.
-Work with development team to plan releases and manage customer expectations.
-Work with the Sales team and participate in sales opportunities and customer presentations.
- Have to have excellent communication skills.

You are required to have more than 5 years of experience in software development. Qualified candidates should be familiar with the following technologies and platforms: C++, SQL, Linux
